1099 Independent Labor

On-Call  ·  Western New York

$25–$30 / hr

Pay is per hour or per job depending on the cleanout.

This is full cleanout work — not small junk pickup. You'll be part of a crew clearing out garages, basements, estates, and rental properties across WNY. Jobs are on-call — you work when you're available.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lifting and loading — furniture, appliances, junk, and debris
  • Full cleanouts — garages, basements, estates, rental units
  • Loading dumpsters and hauling materials
  • Working as part of a small crew (usually 2–3 people)
  • Following job instructions and seeing it through to the end

What We Need From You

  • Reliable — if you say you're showing up, you show up
  • Your own transportation to job sites
  • A phone — that's how we send job info and updates
  • Able to do physical, hands-on work
Bonus: Experience in moving, construction, landscaping, or demo work is a plus. Not required — if you work hard, we'll get along just fine.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Part-Time / Contract  ·  Western New York (Remote-Friendly)

You'll help us respond to leads, book jobs, and keep things organized. You'll be the first point of contact for people reaching out — so being quick, friendly, and reliable matters a lot.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to leads coming in by text, call, or message
  • Ask customers to send photos of the job
  • Send simple quotes and follow up on responses
  • Book confirmed jobs on the calendar
  • Follow up with leads who haven't responded yet
  • Post in local groups like Nextdoor and Facebook
  • Help keep the lead pipeline organized and up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communicator — clear and friendly in texts and calls
  • Organized — you don't let things slip through the cracks
  • Quick to respond — speed matters in this business
  • Comfortable texting and talking with real customers
  • Able to follow a simple system and stay consistent
  • Takes initiative — you don't need hand-holding
Bonus (not required): Experience in sales, customer service, social media, local marketing, or CRM tools is a plus — but we'll train the right person.

Pay

  • Base pay plus a bonus for every job you help book
  • Performance-based structure preferred — more jobs = more pay
  • Hourly rate available depending on experience and availability
